Workout Shoes
It all started with the shoes; doesn’t it always start with the shoes? Nike has the most comfortable running shoes. The Nike Zoom Pegasus is my go to shoe. For me, it is the most comfortable, high quality and long-lasting running shoe. I train everyday, so I am very rough on my shoes. I must admit that I have a lot of Nike. I like them for various forms of workouts. Running, higher impact, or workouts with a lot of lateral movements need different type of wear. I like them because they are rugged and conform perfectly to my feet. At the end of a workout my feet and legs are not shoe fatigued.
Why are our workout shoes so important? A quality shoe is an investment. Not only does it help you to prevent potential damage or injury, a sport or exercise specific shoe can also improve your performance. The position of your feet while exercising affects the alignment of the muscles and joints of your body. When your feet and ankles are stable and secure you will get a more effective and safer workout. To get the best shoe for your sport or workout, consult with the store on the appropriate shoes and socks (yes, they are equally as important!).
