Hey y’all! We are Going Live on Facebook!

Hey y’all! It’s time for a chat. I will be doing a live Q&A this Tuesday, July 7th at 8pm ET on my Facebook page. If you would like to ask a specific question, please send it in and I will try to get to everyone as time allows. I will also be answering questions on the live as we go. I’m so excited! Also, a little nervous too. This is very different for me than the live workouts on Instagram. We can talk about family, cooking, clothes, life in general… Let’s just talk! We will be public, it should go without saying, but here I am… going to say it… please no disrespectful questions.

I will also be announcing the viewer’s submission to make their dinner recipe on Amberseats. We have had so many yummy and very impressive recipes emailed in. Thank you all for taking the time to do that. We may actually use one of those in a future video since there were so many good ones to choose from!
